This house was built before 1905 – I would guess around 1890. Fairly unusual for a Neoclassical house to have asymmetry such as a porch wrapping to only one side as well as the facade wall projecting on the right. Left overs of a Victorian design. Look at the center bottom of this 1898 map and note the one story front porch. It appears the same in 1903. 1905 is probably the date of the transition in styles.
